Investment Property Group (IPG) is a real estate investment company, established and operating since March 2017. Its aim is to invest in properties (individual units and buildings) and land plots with profitable returns created in the short-medium- and long-term ranges, via restoring and re-selling, or restoring and renting both short and long term. Most property investments established so far are along the Athenian Riviera and Athens city center. Other property investments made are located on the Greek islands, southern Evia and Kefalonia.

The driving force behind the creation and execution of IPG was the attractive property prices, uprising market opportunities, but also the growing requests and demands from international individuals and companies, originating from the Far East and Middle East for the acquisition of Greek properties to attain the Greek Golden Visa, which is considered one of the most affordable investment schemes available in Europe.
